Terms and Conditions of the Bikers Grill Online Store
1. Introductory Provisions of the Terms and Conditions
The seller establishes these terms and conditions, valid for purchases made through the online store https://www.bikersgrill.cz. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties when using the seller’s website located at https://www.bikersgrill.cz for the purpose of concluding a purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) and other related legal relationships. The seller may change or supplement the wording of these terms and conditions. Any changes do not affect the rights and obligations that arose during the validity of the previous version of the terms and conditions.
2. The Seller
The seller is the operator of the online store at https://www.bikersgrill.cz, namely Unique Ideas s.r.o., Příčná 129/3, 779 00 Olomouc, Company ID: 17082374, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, under file number C 89171.
3. Order and Purchase Contract
The placement of goods offered by the seller on https://www.bikersgrill.cz constitutes a proposal for concluding a purchase contract. Unless stated otherwise below, the purchase contract is concluded upon the buyer’s submission of the order and the seller’s acceptance of that order. The seller shall promptly confirm this acceptance to the buyer via an informational e-mail sent to the address provided by the buyer in the order.
4. Goods
Goods refer to products offered by the seller for sale through the online store on the website https://www.bikersgrill.cz. The seller undertakes to supply customers with defect-free goods in accordance with the specifications and features stated in the product description.
5. Price
The amount listed for each product includes VAT. The product price remains valid for as long as it is displayed. This amount does not include delivery costs, which are listed separately. The total amount payable by the buyer, including delivery, is stated at the end of the order and will be confirmed by the seller in an order confirmation e-mail sent to the buyer. The invoice issued based on the buyer’s binding order serves as a tax document.
6. Payment Methods
The buyer may choose one of the following payment methods when purchasing goods:
• Online payment via GoPay
• Bank transfer to the following account:
- For domestic payments within the Czech Republic - CZK 2803045279/2010 or EUR 2702190629/2010

• Cash payment upon personal pickup
7. Delivery Time and Shipping Options
The delivery period begins on the date the seller receives the order. If the ordered goods are in stock, the seller undertakes to dispatch the goods and hand them over to the carrier within 2 working days. The total delivery time thus depends on the carrier’s workload and is typically 2–4 working days.
The buyer may choose one of the following delivery options when purchasing goods:
a) Delivery to a specified address via Zásilkovna courier service
b) Delivery to a Zásilkovna pick-up point
c) Personal pickup at the store
8. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Section 1829(1) of the Civil Code. The buyer may withdraw from the contract using the return form on the website or by e-mail to info@bikersgrill.cz. The seller shall confirm receipt of the withdrawal form without undue delay via e-mail. The buyer must return the goods complete and undamaged without undue delay to the seller’s address specified in Section 2 of this document, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the purchase contract. In the case of incomplete or damaged returns, the seller is entitled to reduce the refunded amount by the value of the missing or damaged parts. The refund will be issued to the account provided in the return form using the same payment method as originally used, unless the buyer specifies otherwise. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to the seller.
9. Complaints and Warranty
The seller is responsible for defects that the sold goods have upon receipt by the buyer and for defects that occur during the warranty period. Unless stated otherwise, the warranty period is 24 months. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the seller’s e-mail address or via the complaint form on the website. The goods must be returned to the seller together with proof of purchase.
10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute between the seller and the buyer arising from a purchase contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the buyer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated authority for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, which is:

11. Personal Data Protection
The seller processes the buyer’s personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with the applicable legal regulations on the protection of personal data. Details regarding the protection of personal data are provided in the Privacy Policy document available on the seller’s website.
12. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions come into force and effect on the date of their publication on the seller’s website. All legal relationships arising under these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The seller reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
