Information on the Processing of Personal Data

 

I hereby acknowledge that the company:

registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, File 89171

(hereinafter also referred to as the “Controller”)

processes my personal data to the extent of: first name, last name, residential address, telephone number, and e-mail address, for the purpose of processing my order in the e-shop https://www.bikersgrill.cz, fulfilling the obligations arising from the purchase contract concluded between me and the Controller through the Controller’s online store, and for related services of the Controller,

in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

I also acknowledge that until the GDPR takes effect (i.e., until 25 May 2018), the data are provided under Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended.

I am aware of and consent to the fact that the Controller may provide the personal data I have supplied (to the extent specified above) for further processing to other processors who process personal data for the Controller and who guarantee appropriate and proper processing of personal data as well as adequate protection of personal data, including their protection by suitable technical or organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

The personal data provided to the Controller will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship with the Controller and subsequently for the period necessary for archiving in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

I further declare that I am aware of my right to obtain information regarding the processing of my personal data (in particular, information about the category of processed personal data, the purpose, manner, and duration of processing, and any recipients of personal data), the right to request from the Controller access to my personal data, their correction or deletion (especially of incorrect, incomplete, or outdated personal data), and the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. I understand that, as of 25 May 2018, I also have the right to data portability to a new controller and the right to restriction of processing.

I also declare that the personal data I have provided are true, I have provided them freely, knowingly, and voluntarily, and I am aware that providing them is necessary for the realization of the above-mentioned service.
